Illness(es): The patient's primary illness is Dissociative Identity Disorder. However, she also experiences co-morbidity, including Depression and Psychosis.

Specific Symptoms:

• Several distinctly different identities, or alters, examined. Thirteen counted in all, including the "Host", Lili

• Severe memory loss

• Bipolar-like behavior

• Reported nightmares/flashbacks of being abused as a child

• Periodical breaks from reality while still in "Host" state

• Depersonalization

• Derealization

• Auditory hallucinations of her alters inside her mind

• Frequent anxiety attacks

Reason for admission to hospital: Self admitted. Looking for treatment, as well as safety for herself and others.
Medication(s) if applicable: Few medications are recommended for this disorder. Valium is given for anxiety. Zolpidem is given for sleeplessness.

Other notes:

• While Lilian is generally a sweet, polite, and cooperative patient, many of her alters are not. These are known as Type B alters and are harmful to both the patient and those around her.
  
  
• Take note that while Type A alters are not necessarily harmful, some are not especially helpful either. Always take every precaution around the patient until you know exactly which alter you are dealing with.
  
  
• When/If alter "Vash" is awake, take every precaution to keep the patient away from the real Vash Zwingli.

||Appearance||

Hair: Pale blonde, cut short to resemble Vash's.

Eyes: Turquoise.

Body Type: Small and thin, but not malnourished.

Clothing: Different alters have different tastes in clothing. While most of Lilian's alters, including herself, can usually be found in conservative dresses, usually pink/maroon, others insist on wearing their own costumes. Fräulein Sonja can be identified by her glasses. Jezebel finds any way to make her clothing as revealing as possible. Levin will wear boy's clothes or sportswear. 'The Bride' keeps wedding veils and white dresses close at hand. Lilian's alter of Vash will wear military like clothing and anything the real Vash would wear.

Other notable attributes/unique traits: Lilian is never seen without a purple ribbon tied in her hair. Do not try to remove it.

The patient looks far younger than she is. Due to her sweet face and large eyes, most would not guess her to be older than 14.

||Personality||
Lilian has been described as a sweet, polite, kind-hearted, and most importantly, cooperative, girl. She loves the people around her, and is genuinely concerned when things are not well, whether it be with her closest friend, or the most obscure stranger. Her "brother", Vash, is the most precious thing in the world to her, and she cares for him devotedly. However, she has a bad habit of not wanting to worry others, and so she insistently acts like everything is okay with herself, even is her world is shattering, as it often is.

While Lilian, or Lili as she likes to be called, is usually quite the happy individual, she experiences periods of intense depression, anxiety, and psychosis. Her DID has caused her to have a low-opinion of herself, and a feeling of helplessness, which in turn causes her depression and frequent anxiety attacks.

Through all of this, she remains a caring and devoted person who truly is committed to getting better, making her well-liked by most of the staff and other patients.

Almost every alter has a personal responsibility in its host. A reason it was created by the host's psyche. Fräulein Sonja was created solely to help Lilian through uncomfortable situations, such as public speaking, or anything she is nervous about. This alter is unlike any of the others, due to her awareness of Lilian. She rarely takes over the mind; more often she encourages the patient, and gives her confidence. As she is the oldest of Lili's alters, she is the most mature, and demands to be treated with respect if she makes her presence known, very much like a school-room teacher. This, and her effect on her "student", the patient, have earned her the codename of 'The Teacher'.

Hart: Ranked second as Lilian's most dangerous personalities. Her name in German means hard, cold, or cruel, which just about sums up this psychopathic alters behavior. She has little concern for the well-being of others, actually enjoying the sounds of suffering and malice.
